Ruth came to us after being highly recommended from a very reputable musical theatre training facility that my daughter attends called Stagebox, as they felt she would benefit from some additional singing lessons.
From day one my daughter Poppy loved Ruth’s lessons, she’s not only knowledgable at getting the very best out of her voice, but her lessons are relaxed in a very friendly environment.
Poppy’s voice has come on tremendously within the first year with Ruth, her range is stronger and more controlled with a lovely tone.

It's always been an ambition of mine to be able to sing but I put it off for years. Ruth’s friendly approach made me feel calm and comfortable. She taught me how to control my breath using different techniques such as lip trills, scales, posture and tension release exercises. After a few weeks of learning the basics we then found my voice. Ruth quickly diagnoses areas you need to work on so I constantly feel like I am improving.
I have been training with Ruth for over a year now and I performed at her annual showcase after only six months of lessons! I highly recommend Ruth to singers of all levels. 5/5.
